Friday 9 September 2016 Matera will host the White Night – White cultural street, an event that combines the music local groups who will perform, the culture through the exhibition "Fragments Matera", the solidarity with spaces dedicated to raising funds for areas of central Italy and Food and wine Lucan.

An evening full of initiatives along a path that spans the historic center of Matera, starting from Piazza Vittorio Veneto to end in Piazzetta Pascoli, passing through Piazza seat. Along the way will also be set up for relaxation and fun areas for small children.

A key point of the event is the environmental sustainability of the same in order to preserve the integrity of unused space, They will therefore be activated of separate collection points.
