It will be held in Matera from the 26 March to the 9 April at the former St. Roch Hospital the international event Contemporary art Face'Arts. The event is made by the artist and gallery owner Mary Sperti in collaboration with the art critic Prof.Nuccio Mula (International Association of Art Critics component) and with the patronage of the Basilicata Region, of the Province of Matera and Regional Order of Journalists of Marche. Face'arts stems from the desire to create an event where the Art of quality is promoted and presented to the public.
L'event – included in the calendar of events Matera 2019 European Capital of Culture – It enjoys the collaboration of the Superintendent of Fine Arts and the Basilicata landscape and see the exhibition of 39 artists from Italy and abroad selected by tender. This is the seventh edition the itinerant project aimed at enhancing not only the various expressions of contemporary art but also territories and location host. Face'Arts Matera opens the path to a special edition to be held in Bologna at the end of October.
