As is the case for several years now, will be the ancient Sassi in the background to live nativity scene of Matera. During these Christmas holidays 2016 will be two depictions of the nativity and ancient Jerusalem to be represented: a live nativity scene “Be Praised” and “Dies Natalis – The Nativity, the Matera".
The two performances will follow the following schedule:

• 9 December 2016: Be Praised
• 10 December 2016: Be Praised
• 11 December 2016: Be Praised
• 17 December 2016: Be Praised / Dies Natalis – The Nativity, the Matera
• 18 December 2016: Be Praised / Dies Natalis – The Nativity, the Matera
• 23 December 2016: Dies Natalis – The Nativity, the Matera
• 26 December 2016: Dies Natalis – The Nativity, the Matera
• 30 December 2016: Dies Natalis – The Nativity, the Matera
• 5 January 2017: Dies Natalis – The Nativity, the Matera
• 6 January 2017: Be Praised / Dies Natalis – The Nativity, the Matera
• 7 January 2017: Be Praised / Dies Natalis – The Nativity, the Matera
• 8 January 2017: Be Praised
